22 year old male seeking room in LA

Our 22 yr old son is looking for a room to rent somewhere in a area bordered by the van nuys Glendale Pasadena koreatown culver city regions He is actively looking on crags list. But we would love to find a way to increase the chances of finding a place owned/ occupied by people with a active faith. If u know of anyone or know someone who may know someone looking for a tenant we'd really appreciate getting contact info! Would prefer a place with own bed and bath and shared kitchen.
