Support all local manufacturing operations. Supply components, small parts, glassware, tubing, etc. to cell culture and purification areas. Manually clean all portable equipment and small parts. Participate on Continuous Improvement Teams. Receive and distribute supplies into the production area as necessary. Qualifications:
Must have good written and verbal communication skills and understanding of cGMP regulations. This position provides direct customer service to program participants in the Workforce Investment Act (WIA).

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Under general direction of company President; plan, organize, coordinate and implement economic development technical assistance activities and training for City of Los Angeles small businesses and entrepreneurs; projects and related activities in cooperation with public agencies, educational institutions, businesses and community groups; to develop, prepare and review grant funding applications and proposals; to analyze and evaluate City of Los Angeles sponsored economic vitality programs including contract administration and compliance monitoring; and to perform other work as required. In addition to what is mentioned above, the Program Manager will also be responsible for the following:
• Responsible for the overall performance of the East Los Angeles Business Source Center.
• Plans and oversees the center’s budget/expenditure level and various accounting management functions on a monthly basis.
• Serves as liaison with the City of Los Angeles Community Development Department in matters of program operations, reporting, fiscal management, and contract compliance.
